Refund policy

Overview

Please inform us of your intent to return within 3 days of the item arriving by e-mailing us at care@lwjjwl.eu and post back within 7 days at this address:
LWJJWL 72 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 Paris.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable, the buyer pays return shipping.
We accept returns but we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. 

Please contact us at care@lwjjwl.eu if you have any problem with your order.


Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of packaging materials if they are not returned. We reserve the right to refund a lesser amount where loss of value has occurred if the item has been worn.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers in the EU have by law 14 days to return an item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
 

Please contact us at care@lwjjwl.eu if you wish to return an item - do not ship an item back without notifying us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@lwjjwl.eu


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: LWJJWL 72 rue du faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

International orders returned must clearly state RETURN/RETOUR on the outer packaging to avoid us incurring customs charges. If the customer does not mark RETURN/RETOUR on the parcel and we incur customs charges due to this then the amount will be deducted from their refund price.

If you are shipping an item over 100€ you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Customs, duty and taxes

International clients are responsible for knowing and paying any customs fees, duty fees and taxes implemented by their own country, if applicable. Each country has their own rules regarding customs, import taxes, and fees. 


Postage Costs and Services

ORDERS IN FRANCE: All items are sent via a tracked and insured service, we will update your order with your parcel tracking number after it has been posted so that you can follow its journey to you. The amount will be added to the final cost at the check out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All items are sent via a tracked and insured service, we will update your order with your parcel tracking number after it has been posted so that you can follow its journey to you. The amount will be added to the final cost at the check out. Please be aware that International orders can vary greatly in arrival time, while the International Tracked and Signed service usually does arrive within 7 days, it can vary and parcels can take up to 28 working days to arrive on occasion; sometimes they can be held up without our control due to Customs.


Order Cancellations:

Please note: it is the buyers responsibility to read each listing in its entirety before purchasing. We aim to ship every order within 48 hours of it being placed.


Please Note:

Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; changes to the shipping address after the order is placed cannot be guaranteed. We will always post to the address supplied to us, so if you get this wrong unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if the parcel does not reach you. Re-shipping orders returned to us due to buyer error (incorrect address at checkout) will incur new postage charges which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
